We are hiring - CSRD Controlling & Reporting Specialist

In this new position you will be leading the project of implementing the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) according to the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) by driving actions towards compliance in the Annual Report 2025-26. The position will report to the CEO.

Your responsibilities

Your primary task is to structure, develop, and introduce the CSRD implementation plan. In close collaboration with relevant departments in the company, you will ensure the right foundation of data and drive the data collection processes. Your key responsibilities include:

  •        Create the data structure according to the ESRS standards
  •        Follow-up and ensure closure of process gaps towards compliance with the CSRD in Annual Report 2025-26
  •        Ensure CSRD compliance (non-financial reporting) together with Finance departments (financial reporting) for the complete consolidated reporting in 2025-26 Annual Report

Your qualifications

Your passion for sustainability and your data analytics skills are key factors for success in this position. You will work cross functional and must be curious in understanding the business processes leading to the data foundation for reporting the right data. Furthermore, good communication skills will be expected to introduce and drive the implementation plan.
